This is our 31-Day Wellness Challenge Kick-off Event for May Mental Health Awareness Month. May 4 is also the World Labyrinth Day. Come for a meditative walk followed by a creative reflection with chalk on the stone walkway outside the Labyrinth. The benefits of walking meditation include reducing stress, depression, and insomnia and helping improve overall health and well-being.
