Why work with me?

I am Marga Fripp, a trauma-informed expressive art therapist, artist, mental health advocate, and certified Qigong teacher.

I have a master’s degree in expressive art therapy and 30 years of experience as a nonprofit executive empowering immigrants, trauma survivors, leaders, and entrepreneurs. Additionally, I trained in mindfulness self-compassion, mindful movement Qigong, mental well-being, and laughter yoga.

I offer a unique wellness blend of mind-body researched-backed practices from expressive arts, mindfulness, positive psychology, neuroscience, Qigong to empower you to cultivate more joy and creativity and offer yourself care and unconditional love.

My superpower is a mix of compassion in action, fierce creativity, entrepreneurial thinking, and resilience. I embrace failure and the unknown. I seek possibilities and imagine wholehearted approaches to dissolving injustice, suffering, and separation.
