This is our 31 Days of Wellness Kick-off Event for May Mental Health Awareness Month. May 3 is also World Labyrinth Day. Come for a meditative walk followed by a creative reflection with chalk on the stone walkway outside the Labyrinth. The benefits of walking meditation include reducing stress, depression, and insomnia and helping improve overall health and well-being.

Meet Nicole Kaysing
Nicole Kaysing is the visionary behind Balancing Wellness, a movement born from her personal journey of healing, growth, and transformation. Once a health and wellness professor, Nicole’s life shifted profoundly as she stepped into motherhood—now a proud mother of three young boys—and leaned more fully into holistic living. Her experiences led her to create the Holistic Mindfulness Journal, a powerful tool that helps others reconnect with themselves through intentional reflection across the seven dimensions of wellness. The Journal will be available for sale during the Labyrinth Walk and at the Healing Hive in May during Mental Health Awareness Month.
