Lloyd has over twenty-eight plus years of experience in non-profit and international development concentrating on project and organizational management, business development, and non-profit governance.

Lloyd brings deep experience in project implementation and monitoring/evaluation with a focus on integrated vulnerable youth and women empowerment programs, along with social enterprise, economic strengthening, and microfinance development. During his career in non-profit and international development, he has had the opportunity to work in 20 countries across the Americas, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, South Asia, and Africa.
