Join our bi-weekly HeART Healing Circle, Winter 2025, a program that uses creativity, poetry, and art-making to foster individual and community Healing, Exploration, Awakening, Renewal, and Transformation. We gather in community to offer our hearts a sacred sanctuary for wholeness, healing, and well-being. Sessions are offered every two weeks on: Feb 6, 20, March 6, 20, 11:00 am-1:00 pm. No art skills are needed to attend.

The sessions include art-making, poetry reading, writing, insightful reflection, compassionate connection, and wisdom sharing. The creative process empowers people to reduce stress, process trauma, loss, and grief, uncover wisdom and gratitude, rekindle joy, and find new meaning, hope, and healing.

Fee: $25-35/session. Free for people in need. When you contribute a participation fee you’re supporting someone in need to attend at no cost. Space is limited. Register and pay for one or all sessions online, by check or Venmo. If you’re unable to pay and want to participate, email Marga to request a scholarship.

The price includes all art materials. Additionally, participants receive compassionate facilitation & care along with soothing music, aromatherapy, hot herbal tea, and light snacks. 

PS. A 9x12 inch or smaller mixed-media journal is recommended, but not required.
